The true and loyal follower. Sometimes it’s just one single individual who has captivated your imagination. Inspired you to follow exactly what it is that they are doing. Your focus is to become perhaps a little like them, on their path and journey, which ignited such a fire within your own inspiration. If they left the company, you would probably leave as well, that’s how good they truly are.
The Team Player
They want to have a very clear role within a team, they want to play an integral part on a mission. They want to help a company or project succeed as part of a personal desire to watch a plan come together, through thick and thin, enjoying loyal and careful participation throughout.
